Our knowledgeable and compassionate team provides speech, language, cognitive, social, and feeding services to enhance the quality of our clients’ lives while empowering their caregivers through our unique team approach.
Amy Haught, founder of IICA Speech, is a licensed speech-language pathologist with nearly 30 years of experience. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she earned her BS and MA in Speech Pathology with a minor in Audiology from the University of Cincinnati. Since moving to the Bay Area in 1996, Amy has specialized in Autism Spectrum Disorders and relationship-based interventions, receiving advanced training at The Morgan Center. She has provided therapy, consultations, and workshops both in the U.S. and internationally, and has volunteered as a behavioral consultant with Angels on Stage.
Amy holds licensure in four states, a Clinical Rehab Service Credential, and the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. She has received the ASHA ACE Award and CSHA’s Outstanding Achievement Award. An active leader in the field, she has served on multiple professional boards, including as SCCSHA president and a current CSHA board member. At IICA Speech, Amy continues to mentor new professionals and remains dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical care to every client.
